Batiste Consulting, LLC recognizes Mr. Sullivan Batiste, a sixth grader at Kleb Intermediate in Klein ISD. He recently earned the opportunity to represent his grade and class at the school's Spelling Bee in November. Sullivan is an example of how overcoming certain fears can lead to real-time success as "Sully" is a proud INTP introvert (forgive the redundancy) who has decided to go all out this year in the spelling competition. His Sister, Sienna, was a school champion and representative for multiple years, starting in the 4th through 8th grades.

Dr. Batiste presents at TCCTA...

Seth Batiste is a travel advisor with Batiste Travel, one of the businesses he co-owns after starting Batiste Consulting, LLC in 2020. Dr. Batiste began his career as a bilingual teacher before transitioning into higher education where he worked 15-years for Lone Star College as faculty and administrator. He retired in 2021 and recently began full-time work at Batiste Consulting. In 2021, he helped form Batiste Travel, a full-service travel agency that specializes in corporate and vacation travel for colleges and their employees. His presentations today will cover a unique concept of the “hospitality of business”. Participants, regardless of business interests will gain knowledge of ways to improve business acumen and growth.

Dr. Batiste  has consulted educational institutions and community organizations across the United States in areas organizational change, management, and classroom discipline techniques. 

Dr. Batiste earned his doctorate in Leadership Studies from Our Lady of the Lake University School of Business and Management. Dr. Batiste is well-known as "Professor  Batiste" locally and is highly skilled in change management models that impact organizational productivity. 

Currently, Dr. Batiste is working with community stakeholders in the Houston Independent School District, Harris County Department of Education, and a growing list of policymakers in Harris County.
