Batiste Consulting, LLC to Offer City of Houston Leadership Training

Batiste Consulting, LLC is proud to announce that it will offer City of Houston leadership training on addressing changing management. The two proposed workshops will take place in May and October 2023 for City of Houston Employees

Workshops will address best practices in change management and will be geared toward supervisors.

“BC’s goal is to provide these trainings in Houston, Harris County, and in other parts of the country where evidence-based, interactive workshops are needed.” Says Founder and Chief Content Strategist, Dr. Seth Batiste.

Dr. Batiste founded the company in 2020 during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. He is also very involved in his local Klein community as well as the state of Texas. He is president-elect of the Texas Association of College Teacher (TACT) (www.tact.org) and serves on a Dallas-Fort Worth area advisory board for Noggin Education Foundation ((https://www.nogginfoundation.org), an organization that promotes educational opportunities for economically disadvantage children  Noggin Education Foundation.

In fact, BC believes that high quality training for such workshops must include meaningful participant engagement as part of the experience.
